The magazine Musical Life featured an interview by Liliya Iskhakova with renowned conductor Fyodor Lednev. Their meeting took place in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan, Russia) during the second Synesthesia Lab International Festival. The interview highlights the premiere of Alexei Logunov’s piece non-place for bass flute and chamber orchestra, performed by the Sofia Gubaidulina Center for Contemporary Music Orchestra. Lednev conducted the performance, with Konstantin Yefimov (member of Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble) as the soloist.
